Rohrer's Construction has been building custom homes as well as agricultural buildings for over 40 years.

Ronald Rohrer founded Rohrer's Construction in 1972, building and remodeling homes in Lancaster County and surrounding areas.

As business increased through the 1970's, the company began to build horse and dairy barns, as well as chicken houses.

After the building slump in the 1980's, the company refocused on building new homes, garages, and additions.

Today, Rohrer's is still a family owned and operated business focused on making dreams become reality for our customers. Our knowledgeable employees have been with us long term and their craftsmanship sets us apart from our competition.

Each home or addition that we build is personalized to the homeowner's exact specifications. We utilize high quality materials installed properly by our experienced craftsmen. Our job is not done until your project is move in ready.

Meet Our Staff

Ronald Rohrer- Founder and President of Rohrer's Construction
Ronald's dedication to building and his attention to detail on each project has built the reputation of Rohrer's Construction to what it is today.

Christine Rohrer- Secretary and Color Advisor (Ronald's wife)
Christine started with the company in 1972 and oversees the details of operation to ensure that each homeowner receives the individual attention that they deserve. Christine also helps to make color selections for model homes.

Dennis Rohrer- Trim Carpenter (Ronald's brother)
Dennis started with Ronald in 1972 and is a skilled craftsman. His workmanship shines through in the each home, as he puts the finishing touches on the trim.

Chad Rohrer- Excavator and Carpenter(Ronald's son)
Chad not only does the majority of our excavations but also works on framing, siding, and concrete work. Starting in the family business in 1985, he is dedicated to ensuring that the job is done right.

Kevin Bollinger- Manager and Draftsman
Kevin started in 1986, working on framing, siding, trim work and concrete. In 2000, his focus shifted as he moved into the office and began overseeing jobs and drafting blue prints for the company. His field background combined with his drafting skills allows him to ensure that the homeowners dreams become reality.

Greg Hoover- Framer and Roofer
Greg started with the company in 1992. In the field, he works on framing, siding, roofing, and concrete. His efforts ensure that your home is built to last.

Matt Hoover- Framer and Roofer
Matt joined Rohrer's Construction in 1999. He can be found in the field framing, siding, roofing and pouring concrete. Matt works hard building quality homes that will last for generations.
