Ronald Rohrer founded Rohrer’s Construction in 1972, building and remodeling homes in Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
As business increased through the 1970s, the company began to build horse and dairy barns, as well as chicken houses.
After the building slump in the 1980s, the company refocused on building new homes, garages, and additions.

Chad Rohrer – Excavator and Carpenter (Ronald’s son)
Chad not only does the majority of our excavations but also works on framing, siding, and concrete work. Starting in the family business in 1985, he is dedicated to ensuring that the job is done right.
Kevin Bollinger – President, Manager, and Salesman
Kevin started in 1986, working on framing, siding, trim work and concrete. In 2000, his focus shifted as he moved into the office and began overseeing jobs and drafting blue prints for the company. His field background combined with his drafting skills help him to turn your vision into the new home of your dreams.
